Love those morning walks! Coffee on the veranda! Fenced in back yard. Close to transportation arteries. Easy floor plan with two eating areas, separate office area. Love the antique decor. Mother-in-law unit allows separation of different family guests. This is a treat to call your home away from home for a few days or several weeks. New flooring, fresh paint and vintage wallpaper. 2-car garage in private fenced in back yard. Plenty of room where photos do not do justice to a step back in time. We are a pet-friendly home with advance notice of the pet’s arrival and an additional pet fee per pet. I reserve veto power for any pet breeds or situations I determine unacceptable. Do not surprise us by bringing a pet without prior approval,

Summary: We flew to the Dallas area just for the solar eclipse but had a more awesome time than we expected! This home is in a great location with all the necessities within an easy drive. The neighborhood is beautiful and we enjoyed several nice walks in the area. Lake Ray Hubbard is beautiful and the sunsets were amazing! We would definitely stay in this home again!
